Brain state control is like any muscle which can be trained however by learning to stay in states longer. The more you stay in a state the stronger that “state muscle” so to speak, becomes.

 

As you use a state more lucidly as in our hypnogogic hologram CD’s (your taken into theta and ramped through out the entire theta frequency range (which does for the brain what different weight training exercises for the biceps do for the arm, strengthening not one area but all the muscles in that part of your arm) which takes you on a fantastic ride through your memories as far back as childhood, and as you access them more old memories start to associate with current memories making these memories much easier to access, and this also trains you in using theta actively. So at first you’re playing but eventually you build the skill set and your brain naturally wants to go there.

 

Control is in your reach, but it takes discipline or experience (or both) Sometimes experience builds the discipline muscle!

 

You can see how having control over these states (alpha, beta, theta, delta, gamma, smr) can give you extraordinary control over your thoughts, emotions, feelings, ambition, energy and more… all of which help you to control your internal world and by proxy your external environment.

 

For example, by being able to jump into theta at will while maintaining a hint of alpha, you could probe your memory deeply while awake and even see it hypnogogically like you see on television where someone is talking and the other person seems to go into their own little world and even end up waking up thinking they are really there (in their own little world), this although not likely does happen and is the cause of an over active theta state.

 

When people can probe their memory very easily they can achieve theta and alpha states simultaneously at will, this is known as photographic memory if you were wondering. We daydream in theta, freeway hypnosis is in theta, aha moments are in theta, creative thinking happens in theta. Brain states are like a tool box you can use to code your brains chemical factory and that stimulates everything else.

 

There are a billion trillion or more combinations and uses for this ability, and this is what our music is working on helping you train yourself to do. Once you can train a state at will, even if it was crutched by our music, awareness opens up and you start to realize when your states change. Slowly you begin to build a skill set for controlling your states. The monks do this and they call it "Meditation". Accessing psychic abilities is said to be done by controlling your brain states and your chakras (but this is beyond this pages explanation).

 

People who have a hard time meditating have essentially a state change parking break on when in alpha or beta, but with powerful technologies like binaural beats and TripKnowlogy, even the toughest parking break can be released quickly, because the mind can't help but change gears!

 

In essence the untrained mind can and will move through all the different states in a chaotic sort of way to facilitate different things to happen in your body.

 

Through the brain state changes the brain releases trademarked chemicals that facilitate different things in the body. The brain knows your reactions to certain chemical releases as well and depending on your internal dialogue and your programmed conscious filters, different shifts in brain wave patterns will cause different chemical cocktails to release in the body.

 

In other words the brain based on the internal dialogue will jump into different brainwave shifting sequences based on a variety of things from something happening in the outside world triggering your 5 senses, to the way your thought stream shifts from moment to moment and so on.

 

In the different stages different things happen in the brain which causes chemicals to release into the body, much like a hydraulic system. The different releases cause different things to happen from releasing adrenalin to releasing melatonin to generate your sleep time clock. The fact of the matter is, if you control your brain states, and your internal dialogue you can achieve some incredible "reprogramming" that can help you beat those blocks like "I can't" and the inability to meditate, sleep at night, or even control your anger and triggers.

 

We are often guided by our emotions, we are willing to do anything not to feel pain but do anything we can to feel pleasure but sometimes our true north is off and were running ourselves into pain thinking we're chasing pleasure! This is due to bad programming in our internal dialogue and this in turn changes our biorhythms, and yes brain states fire off at supportive (to the wrong cause) brain state sequences, and before we know it we're trapped in our own program!

 

There is a way out of this mess- taking back the control over the brain states and learning to wield them at will, and this will help you control your emotions, sleep patterns, and more while the subliminal affirmations help you control your internal dialogue. Before long you'll not only learn how to meditate to well being and a healthy thought stream, but you'll gain a new skill set and awareness of how your brain really works!
